Detailed Information

Description

EMV 110 is a series of actuators for controlling LK 525 zone valves. The actuator features 2-point control (on/off) for flow distribution. On the top of the actuator there is an indicator showing which port on the valve is open. The actuator is easily mounted on the LK 525 zone valve using a clip; note that the actuator can only be mounted in one position on the valve.

In applications with a risk of condensation, icing, or high temperatures, an adapter (article number: 066177) must be installed between the zone valve and the actuator.

The zone valve must not be installed with the actuator positioned below the valve unit.

Is it possible to replace a Honeywell mixing valve with an LK 525 MultiZone with actuator?

Yes it is easy to replace and no adjustment is needed.

My mixing valve rotates in different directions: is there something wrong?

No, this is quite normal. The mixing valve will rotate randomly between ports A and B. Rotation takes place at an angle of 60°.
