Detailed Information

Description

LK 940 EasyMix is a series of valve actuators for motorization of mixing valves and diverting valves. Depending on model the actuator can be operated by a controller with a 3-point SPDT output or a proportional 0-10 V / 4-20 mA output. The angle of rotation is electrically limited to 90°.

The actuator can be mounted in any position except below the valve.

Assembly/disassembly of LK 940 EasyMix is simple and secure, using the clip-system.

When needed, the actuator can be put into manual mode by pressing the button on the housing cover. The actuator can now be put in any position by turning the handle on the front. The position is indicated on the reversible scale.

Is it possible to replace a Honeywell mixing valve with an LK 525 MultiZone with actuator?

Yes it is easy to replace and no adjustment is needed.

My mixing valve rotates in different directions: is there something wrong?

No, this is quite normal. The mixing valve will rotate randomly between ports A and B. Rotation takes place at an angle of 60°.
