Detailed Information

Description

LK 608 HydroFill is a combination valve for hot water heaters. The valve housing has a shut-off to incoming cold water and an integrated non-return valve to prevent flowback of hot water to incoming cold water pipes.
The valve housing has two component connections with internal thread G ½”. One of the connections for installation of e.g. a vacuum valve or filler valve is provided with a plug sealed with an O-ring. Connection for safety valve according to the table. The thread is sealed in the usual way.

The manifold has compression fitting for installation to copper or steel pipes. Installation of the compression fitting is facilitated if lubricant is applied to the thread and chamfer. Tighten manually as far as possible, then use a fixed wrench. Tightening, number of turns with wrench plus other technical data, please see separate data sheet for Compression fittings. Soft pipes are fitted with support sleeves.

The valve requires no maintenance. The installation should be checked regularly.
