A pump group is a compact, pre-assembled unit that brings together a circulation pump and essential components such as ball valves, thermometers and insulation. It simplifies installation and supports reliable flow, effective control and efficient operation in hydronic heating and cooling systems.

For heating systems that require greater flexibility, LK HydronicGroup H 125 DN 25 offers the widest choice of functions in the range. Its seven configurations cover everything from direct and mixed supply to thermic mixing, loading, hot water circulation and systems with multiple heat sources.

The complete unit includes a high-efficiency circulation pump, insulation, a wall bracket and two ball valves with thermometers. An integrated check valve is fitted on the return side. Up to four pump groups can be connected to the LK 860 H 125 DN 25 Manifold.

Available as LK 861, 862, 863, 864, 865, 866 and 867.

LK HydronicGroup H/C 125 DN 25

Heating and cooling · 125 mm centres · DN 25 · Two configurations

LK HydronicGroup H/C 125 DN 25 is a flexible option for installations that require both heating and cooling. Choose DN 25 when it matches the system's flow requirements; for higher flows, the DN 32 range is available.

The ready-to-install pump group includes a high-efficiency circulation pump, insulation and two ball valves with thermometers. An integrated check valve is fitted on the return side, while the cataphoresis-treated pipe provides additional corrosion protection. Up to four pump groups can be connected to the LK 860 H/C 125 DN 25 Manifold.

Available as LK 861 and LK 862.

The pump group can also be combined with LK 322 CoolUnit, whose integrated check valve ensures that the fluid flows in the correct direction.

For heating installations with 90 mm connection spacing, LK HydronicGroup H 90 is the compact option. It is available for direct or mixed supply.

The ready-to-install unit includes a high-efficiency circulation pump, insulation, a wall bracket and two ball valves with thermometers. The mixed-supply version includes a three-way mixing valve. Up to three pump groups can be connected to the LK 860 H 90 Manifold.

Heating and cooling · 125 mm centres · DN 32 · Higher flow rates

For larger installations or circuits with higher flow requirements, LK HydronicGroup H/C 125 DN 32 provides greater flow capacity. It supports both heating and cooling and is available for direct or mixed supply.

The pump group has 2-inch connections and includes a high-efficiency circulation pump, insulation and two ball valves with thermometers. An integrated check valve is fitted on the return side, while the cataphoresis-treated pipes provide corrosion protection.

Available as LK 861 and LK 862.

    Choose LK 861 when the system requires direct supply. It combines a high-efficiency circulation pump, thermometers, a check valve and insulation in one ready-to-install unit.

    Choose LK 864 for systems with a boiler and storage tank. Its LK 823 ThermoVar thermic loading valve maintains effective temperature stratification in the tank and a high return temperature to the boiler, helping protect the boiler and improve system efficiency.

  • LK 865

    Choose LK 865 for hot water circulation where scald protection is important. The LK 551 HydroMix HWC valve regulates the mix of hot and cold water and shuts off the incoming hot water if the cold-water supply fails.

    Available for the H 125 DN 25 range.

  • LK 866

    Choose LK 866 for heating systems that require a high return temperature. Its LK 841 ThermoMix four-way mixing valve maintains a high return temperature, helping reduce corrosion and extend the life of the heat source.

  • LK 867

    Choose LK 867 for heating systems with two heat sources or a storage tank that draws energy from two levels. Its LK 830 ThermoMix® B bivalent four-way mixing valve can be combined with automatic mixing control to prioritise the most suitable heat source.

    Mount your pump groups on an LK 860 manifold for a compact, well-organised installation. Depending on the range, manifolds are available for up to four pump groups, making it easy to connect multiple circuits within the same system.
